What is "xfolkentry", "small taggedlink" and "description" ?

This is very simple markup specification to describe website structure.
XHTML or Semantic Web is defined many specification to describe website structure.
But are they necessary ?

Big company is needed but we did not say "need" anytime.
Microformats is very simple and easy, does not have a difference from HTML.
